Section 1

Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a bingo777 account holder.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bingo777, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a continuing obligation. Each time you log in to your bingo777 Account or place a wager, you are reaffirming your acceptance of the current version of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any amendments.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you are doing so on their behalf as well as your own.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use bingo777, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bingo777 is strictly an adult-only platform. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or wagering on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using bingo777 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with bingo777 or any other gaming platform that would prohibit your participation.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person in placing wagers on the Platform.

Section 4

Account Registration & Verification

Registration

To access the full range of bingo777 services, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one bingo777 Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bingo777 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts and will take appropriate enforcement action, including suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, where duplicate registration is detected.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method linked to your Account. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bingo777 immediately at support@bingo777. bingo777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions have not been observed by the account holder.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bingo777 may at any time request that you complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport
• Driver's licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

Withdrawal requests may be held pending until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. bingo777 reserves the right to withhold funds where a Player fails to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

bingo777 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.

Deposits are generally credited to your bingo777 Account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. bingo777 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile financial service provider, or payment network.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent that this is technically possible. This measure is in place to protect players against fraud and to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Same-day withdrawal processing is available for bKash and Nagad requests submitted before 9:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your card-issuing bank.

Currency

All Account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on bingo777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Currency conversion at the point of deposit or withdrawal may be applied by your payment provider; bingo777 is not responsible for exchange rate differences or conversion fees charged by third-party payment services.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

bingo777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• bingo777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured for a reasonable grace period.
• A Player may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times through new accounts, different payment methods, or different devices will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited if a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirement, unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes and are not a guaranteed source of income. bingo777 accepts no liability for any loss incurred while attempting to complete a wagering requirement.

Section 7

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on bingo777 are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes for casino titles — including live dealer games, video slots, crash games, and table games — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by the relevant game studio. bingo777 does not interfere with game outcomes.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are offered with odds that reflect the Platform's assessment of probabilities at the time the market opens. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm a wager are the odds at which your bet will be settled.

Disputed Outcomes

In the event that a game result or sporting outcome is disputed, bingo777 will review the relevant transaction records and game logs. The decision of bingo777's customer support team, following such a review, will be final and binding. Players who dispute a decision may escalate the matter by contacting support@bingo777 in writing, providing full details of the disputed transaction.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or game error that affects the outcome of a wager, bingo777 reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes to the affected Players. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in the event of a technical malfunction. This policy applies to all game types, including live dealer games and sports betting in-play markets.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bingo777 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Where any of the following are detected, bingo777 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant Account(s), withhold all associated balances pending investigation, and take further legal action where warranted:

• Underage gambling: Accessing, registering, or wagering on the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one Account on bingo777, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds; providing false identity documentation; or making chargebacks after wagering deposited funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or the creation of multiple accounts.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for genuine human players.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Platform's software, database, or infrastructure.
• Money laundering: Using bingo777 as a mechanism to launder funds derived from criminal activity.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by bingo777

bingo777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• The Player's identity verification documents cannot be confirmed as authentic.
• The Player's Account is subject to a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• bingo777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, bingo777 will communicate with the Player via the email address registered on the Account. Balances held at the time of suspension will be retained pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned in full. If a breach is confirmed, bingo777 reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the balance.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your bingo777 Account at any time by contacting support@bingo777. Prior to Account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed identity verification. Any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will be voided upon Account closure; bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion through the bingo777 Account settings or by contacting the support team. Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bingo777's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bingo777 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the cause:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Losses resulting from interruptions to Platform availability due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or third-party service failures.
• Losses caused by a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from Account suspension for breach of these Terms.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

bingo777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bingo777 will notify active Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Any amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of bingo777 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. We recommend that you bookmark this page and review it periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Section 12

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and the operational policies of bingo777 as applied to the Bangladesh market. bingo777 does not make any specific claim to licensing under any particular Bangladeshi regulatory body.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact bingo777's customer support team at support@bingo777 in an attempt to resolve the matter informally. The support team will endeavour to respond to all formal written complaints within 5 business days Bangladesh Standard Time.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your first written complaint, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.
